CANCELLATION, REFUND AND GUARANTEE POLICY
In the case of products that are non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not make refunds after the product is delivered, you have the responsibility to understand before you buy it.
We ask that you read carefully before purchasing. We only make exceptions to this rule when the description does not match the product. There are some products that may have a guarantee and the possibility of reimbursement, but this will be specified when purchasing the product.
In such cases, the warranty will only cover factory faults and will only be effective when the product has been used correctly. The warranty does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the guarantee are associated with manufacturing faults and operation under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly.
This includes:
– According to the technical specifications indicated for each product.
– Under environmental conditions in accordance with the specifications indicated by the manufacturer.
– In specific use for the function with which it was designed at the factory.
– In electrical operating conditions in accordance with the specifications and tolerances indicated.
To request a partial or total refund, the customer must contact the Customer Service team by communicating to the official SOLTEL.SHOP email.
The processing of cancellation and returns are made through the mail of the store info@soltel.shop in a term that will not exceed 24 hours.
Cancellations of complete orders will only be accepted prior to delivery at destination; in particular cases they must be consulted individually with the Customer Service.
When making a request for cancellation and return, the customer has the obligation in the corresponding cases to inform the recipient of the purchase, so that he does not accept said products.
In the event that a cancellation request is made and the recipient has received the products, they must return them in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, just as they were received. Otherwise, the balance refund will not be effective.
The customer will be refunded the money within 72 hours after the date on which SOLTEL.SHOP receives the returned products. SOLTEL.SHOP will make the return by the same payment method that the client used to make the purchase. The customer will not pay any fee for such refund.
Likewise, when a refund is made, the amount will be refunded to the client in the same currency of collection of the product and/or service. The exchange rate imposed by the issuing Bank of the card in question will apply to this value. SOLTEL.SHOP will in no case be responsible for the difference up or down that the client receives in refund.
SOLTEL.SHOP reserves the right to reject or cancel your Order at any time for certain reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Product availability.
- Errors in the description or prices of the Goods
- Errors in Your Order
