Any claim regarding the products purchased must be processed electronically to info@soltel.shop or through the online customer support enabled on the site or on WhatsApp.

 

If the client is interested in any claim for the reasons provided in the CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS section, he must first contact SOLTEL.SHOP through the communication channels established in the previous section and request if the corresponding refund proceeds. In case of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK) the client's account will be disabled until the conclusion of the process. To reactivate it, the client agrees to previously pay the costs derived from the claim process.
